Your Divine Love energy healing session

We will always start your session with a brief discussion, highlighting those parts of your life which you would like to enhance or gain increased satisfaction and/or happiness in.  This will help me to trace what is often termed as the “root cause”, that which is underlying any pains or patterns which are present in your life, and will help you to decide what you would like us to focus on in this energy healing session.

As with all of our treatments and sessions, you will be given the opportunity to choose an Inspiration card and anoint yourself with the corresponding Ripple energy therapy oil, which in itself is a powerful healing process and will help you to being your journey.

You will be led through a simple meditation which will help us to focus on your issues and give you an “energy spring clean”, which will help to release any stagnant or blocked energies and channel in the divine healing energies of love.

We will also seek grace and permission from your Higher Self (and those of your family, if clearing genetic streams), ensuring that healing is conducted for your highest good.  Know that this is not a process which can ever be forced – all you are seeking is the release of all that which no longer serves you in your highest good.

If you have chosen to work on clearing karmic cords or vows, karmic clearing or healing genetic streams then we will work on those specifically, with loving gentleness. Fully empowered to take control of your own healing process, we always ask that speak with us throughout the session whenever you feel the need.

As will all types of energy healing, you may find that you experience tingling sensations or that your heart or tummy feels tight, you may even feel a little feel tearful – as you are unique, how you work with these healing energies is also unique and there is no right or wrong way to feel.  Indeed, some people feel nothing at all during these sessions, just a sense of peace and quiet – all of these feelings are perfectly natural and are part of the process of your letting go of old emotions, old ways that no longer serve you.

At the end of your treatment session, you will feel a very gentle pressure as I ensure you are fully grounded and, in common with all of our treatments and session, the tinkling of a crystal bell signals the end of the session.  You will be left to return back to the world in your own time, at your own pace.

After your session you may find that you feel very calm and peaceful, totally relaxed.  You may also find yourself released from any negative emotions such as fear, guilt and rage.  You may also view life through a different set of glasses (not always rose-tinted!), any physical aches or pains may also shift and you may well experience new doors opening as you have released unwanted blocks from your life.  Some people may also find they live life on an emotional roller-coaster for a few months, while they work on clear away any lingering issues but from personal experience, we can offer you reassurance that this is all in your highest good and that at the end of the roller-coaster you will feel free and so much happier with your self, empowered and ready to show the world your true loving amazing self!

What are karmic cords?

Karmic cords are links with people – even objects and businesses! – from a lifetime, or lifetimes, before.  It is always a good idea to clear karmic cords as it clears the energies between two people, releasing you from past life commitments and enabling you to live in the present, free from age-old ties and limitations. No matter where or how this cord came about, it does not matter … all we will do is clear the karmic cord ties at a cellular level.  You may well feel a distinct lightness or sense of freedom, relief or an increase in energy levels after karmic clearing.

Karmic cords are created whenever we connect with others, creating a pattern of relating.  As these patterns weave and crystallise, we end up with a rope-like cord of gossamer-thin threads which spread back through numerous lifetimes, in some instances.  Colours and thickness also have a part to play, indicating the nature and intensity of these karmic cords.

What are karmic vows?

Karmic vows are similar to karmic cords, in that they build up over many lifetimes.  Karmic vows are heartfelt promises made in past lifetimes, which restrict us from achieving our full potential in this lifetime.  For example, promising a loved one that you will love them “for ever and ever, to eternity” is a karmic vow as it has been made with heartfelt sincerity, your heart and soul connecting with their heart and soul to eternity.  You may meet this soul in this lifetime and find that although there is an inextricable link between you, that this match (in this lifetime) is not a good blend – clearing your karmic vow will help to release you, and your heart and soul, from this passionate promise made lifetimes ago.

Karmic vows of poverty, celibacy, persecution and self-sabotage are also very common.  Indeed, one of my own karmic vows was discovered to be a vow of rejecting love (thankfully that has now been fully cleared!).

What is karmic clearing?

Karmic clearing is useful for releasing attachments to the pain of past experiences, not just in previous lifetimes but also in this present lifetime.  Karmic clearing helps to remove imprints in your energy body and behaviour patterns which may still be causing you issues, despite the cause of the feeling (such as guilt, shame or fear) having long since gone.  Karmic clearing can help to resolve both emotional and physical karmic burdens, so you may feel lighter in your self but also find that aches and pains which have been troublesome have also dissipated.

What is genetic stream clearing?

It is well known that genetics play a fundamental part in the way our bodies work; so, too, does genetics within our soul.  This is, I admit, one of my favourite aspects of working with Divine Love, as we can work to clear genetic stream imprints back along your family lineage and release you from a build-up of karma through the generations.  Please be reassured that this is not something which can be forced – we will ask for grace and permission from your soul, and your family’s souls, to help clear the karmic ties between you all and heal your ancestors right back to Source.

What is soul retrieval?

Soul retrieval is a guided process to retrieve and reintegrate lost soul fragments.  Your soul may have fragmented after a traumatic event, and this happens because your soul wants to shield you from the pain and hurt caused by this trauma.  In this way, your soul splits away from your “whole” being and a small fragment of your soul will take on that trauma, so that you may continue to live your life without feeling such an intense feeling of pain.

There are many ways in which we may feel soul loss.  We may feel depressed or have a strange feeling of being incomplete or ‘not a whole person’.  Some of us experience this soul loss as a feeling of helplessness, of being trapped; we may find it impossible to move forward in life or have this constant feeling of being “stuck”, no matter how much effort and hard work we put in to our endeavours.  You may have been left heartbroken, feeling that the end of a relationship has taken a piece of your heart with it; you may even feel totally disconnected with loved ones and friends surrounding you.

Soul retrieval involves a guided meditation where we will call upon your Higher Self to bring together your lost soul fragments, making you whole again.

Ripples of love meditation

If you want to send out ripples without even speaking to someone you can do this by using the energy and the emotions of your thoughts.  This is called distance healing.  The following meditation will enable you to pass on love without even moving from your home.

* Sit comfortably in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted by phones, children or pets

* Relax, close your eyes and make your body as soft as you can

* Consciously let go of your frown and drop your shoulders

* Breathe in four times, deeply and slowly

* See a shaft of light coming down and surrounding you with bright light

* Now imagine another shaft of life – like a spotlight on a stage

* See someone you love stepping into that light

* Imagine beams of light leaving your heart centre in the middle of your chest and reaching the person, taking your love to them

* Send packets of love like spinning balls of light that explode all over them

* Saturate them with your love and care

* See them smiling, happy and well.  See them at peace.  See them safe and secure

* Do this for everyone you wish to send love to

* Finally, see the planet Earth spinning in the light

* Gently put your hands to your heart centre and feel the love, sense the light spreading all over your body

* When you are ready, open your eyes …

* Take time before you drive or become too active, step gently back into your life
