Q. Where did the name ‘Holistic Feathers’ come from?
A. Holistic Feathers was a business name dreamed up in a flurry of panic during Callie’s Holistic Massage training; a particularly appropriate name given Callie’s love of angels and during her Reyad Sekh Em training she was given a very clear sign that Holistic Feathers it was to remain!

Our logo was also borne from that particular moment in time: the central blue orb in the chalice represents infinity, the chalice reprents the Divine Feminine within us all (male and female), the ring of coloured feathers represents our constant link with each other and the Universe.

Q. Which treatments do you offer?
A. If you pop along to our Treatments page, you can see the range of treatments offered, which are quite specialist in nature.

Holistic treatments: Raw Gaia Living Facials, Facial Rejuvenation (Natural Face Lift Massage) and Hot Stone Massage

Energy Treatments: Reyad Sekh Em (Egyptian healing), Ripple Energy and Unicorn healing

Q. How do I book an appointment with you?
A. You may book either by telephone or by email; please check our Google calendar for a view of available times. However, alternative days or times may be available, even if they appear blocked out – please give us a call to see what we can do!

Q. Which methods of payment do you accept?
A. At this moment in time, we are only able to accept cash (UK Sterling), bank transfers or personal cheques, with cheque guarantee card, drawn on a UK bank. Please note that bank transfers are only accepted if you wish to pay in advance of your treatment.

Q. Do you provide gift vouchers for treatments and products?
A. Yes, absolutely! We have gift vouchers available in £5, £10 or £20 vouchers and free gift cards are available. We will personally write the card, if you wish us to send it directly out to the lucky receiver. *Please note that all gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Q. Do you have a newsletter?
A. Yes, we do – sign up here! We guard your privacy – we hate spam too! – and will never give your email address to anyone else. Newsletters are issued every 4 – 6 weeks (sometimes even less).

Q. How do I order products from you?
A. You can either order in person, by email, online at Holistic Feathers Treats or by telephone. If you wish to collect your order, please do let us know when you order so that we may arrange a convenient time.

Q. How do I book a Natural Cossetting or Ripple wellbeing party with you?
A. Just get in touch with us!

Q. Do you ever have special offers?
A. Yes, we do. We tend to offer treatments and products on a seasonal basis so please consider signing up to our newsletter and make sure you never miss out on special offers and treats!

Q. Do you have a loyalty card?
A. Not at the moment but should enough interest be shown, we will gladly consider setting up a loyalty scheme.

Q. What advice do you give for after a treatment?
A. We always give you an aftercare sheet.  Please check our online brochure which also contains our aftercare advice.

Q. Where can I find out about your course information?
A. If you are looking for the Art of Being Still deep guided relaxation workshops, they can be found in MIND.  Angelic Abundance, New Earth Teacher and Unicorn healing can be found in SPIRIT.

Q. You had lots of information on angels and meditation. Where has it gone?
A. We have moved this information to our SPIRIT section.

Q. Your blog was always full of updates and latest news in the complementary health field – where has it gone?
A. Great news! We have now combined our blog with our website.
