Location

We offer treatments in our dedicated treatment room located in a beautiful conservation area in Wimbledon, South West London which offers you a tranquil haven to de-stress, rebalance and revitalise.

Our treatment room is decorated in restful sea tones and you will be wrapped in soft fluffy fleece blankets which we find are far more comfortable and roomy than towels!

Physical location: Just 5 minutes walk from Raynes Park mainline station and bus routes from Kingston, Streatham and Morden. Parking not available at venue but is available locally in Cambridge Road or sides-streets which are by meter only (approx. 60p per hour, maximum of 2 hours).

Access: Located on the 1st floor of the building, we would be very happy to make special arrangements if you may have difficulties in accessing the premises and the treatment room.

Consultation

At your first appointment you will receive a (free) consultation which is an essential element of our care for you ~ this process may take up to thirty minutes and will ensure we are offering you the most appropriate, beneficial treatment for you. Please note that specific medical conditions may mean we are unable to treat you without prior medical permission.

Please allow additional time for your consultation, disrobing and robbing, aftercare and product advice.

If you have visited us before, please always allow an additional ten minutes prior to each treatment to allow us time for a brief catch-up since your last treatment.

Booking Conditions

Payments: Payments may be made on the day by cash or personal cheque, accompanied by cheque guarantee card.  You may wish to pay in advance by bank transfer, PayPal or NoChex ~ please contact Callie if you would prefer to pay by these methods.

Gift vouchers, prepaid bookings and course fees: Please note that these are non-transferable and non-refundable, and limited to the date shown on the appropriate voucher or booking form.

Prices: All prices shown on this site are for treatments conducted at our West Wimbledon treatment room; prices may be changed according to various other locations.  You will always be notified of this at the time of booking.

Timing of appointment: Please try not to arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment time, as this will ensure all clients receive the best possible care without any disruption or inconvenience.

Late arrivals: Although we try to be as flexible and as fair as possible, we reserve the right to limit your treatment time if you arrive late for an appointment.  More importantly, arriving late for your treatment not only eats into your experience but also leaves you stressed!  So please do try to arrive ten minutes before your appointment time.  NB. Facial Rejuvenation treatments are the exception due to the nature of the treatment methods which require a full hour to complete.  Please note that we reserve the right to (a) add a surcharge of 20% of your  treatment price should you arrive up to 20 minutes late for your appointment, or (b) charge the full treatment price as advertised if you should arrive later than 20 minutes after your appointment time.

Rescheduling: Should you need to re-schedule, please kindly get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time.

Cancellations: These really hurt our business; we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked treatment price if we not have received notification at least 24 hours in advance.

Reservation of rights: Treatments are conducted at our therapist’s discretion; we reserve the right at all times to refer you to a more appropriate therapist if we feel this is in your best interests (after discussing this with you).

Loyalty card redemption: You will receive one stamp for each treatment you pay full price for.  Collect a card with six stamps and redeem for a free treatment on your next visit – it is our way of thanking you for your valued custom.

Please note:   (1) we can only add a stamp at the time of payment of your treatment, so make sure you always present your loyalty card to us at that time and redeem in good time before the closing date (as indicated on your card); (2) you may choose to gift your free treatment to a friend or relative, if you so wish; (3) we will redeem your free treatment to the value of the most common treatment on you card. For example, if you book in for 4 facials and 2 hot stone massage treatments, your free treatment will be for a facial or facial rejuvenation treatment.

Special offers in partnership with FHT and other professional organisations: As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, we occasionally sign-up to their special promotions (for example, 2 for 1 treatments).  We reserve the right to (a) limit the number of special offer places, and (b) to book treatments only during our quieter periods.  Please note that we only accept ONE special offer discount voucher per client, further discounts via the FHT scheme will not be applied at any time thereafter.
