Where did the name 'Holistic Feathers' come from? Holistic Feathers was a business name dreamed up in a flurry of
panic during Callie’s Holistic Massage training; a particularly appropriate
name given Callie’s love of angels.
Which treatments do
you offer? If you pop along to our A La Carte Treatment Menu section, you can see the
range of treatments offered, which are quite specialist in nature.
Holistic treatments: Raw Gaia Living Facials,
Facial Rejuvenation (Natural Face Lift Massage) and Hot Stone Massage.
Healing treatments: Reyad Sekh Em (Egyptian healing) and Ripple
Energy healing.
How do I book
appointments with you? You can book either by telephone or by email; we offer an online
calendar on our Appointments page which offers a quick view of times
available. However, alternative days or
times may be available, even if they appear blocked out – please do give us a
call!
Which methods of
payment do you accept? At this moment in time, we are only able to accept cash (UK
Sterling), bank transfers or personal cheques, with cheque guarantee card, drawn on a
UK bank.Please note that bank transfers
are only accepted if you wish to pay in advance of your treatment.
Do you provide gift
vouchers for treatments and personalised oil blends? Yes, absolutely. We have
special cards available – all you need to do is let us know your name, the
person for whom the gift is for and which type of treatment you would like to
gift them. We will personally note the
card and make it look beautiful for you.
*Please note that all gift vouchers are non-transferable and
non-refundable.
Do you have a
newsletter? Yes, we do! You can
either choose to subscribe by filling in the special form at the end of this page or just by emailing us and asking to be added. We guard your privacy – we hate spam too! –
and will never give your email address to anyone else. Newsletters are issued every 4 – 6 weeks.
How do I order
products from you? You can either order in person, by email, online via our
Holistic Feathers Treats e-store or by telephone. If you wish to collect your order, please do
let us know when you order so that we may arrange a mutually-convenient time
for collection.
How do I book a
Ripple wellbeing party with you? Just get in touch with us!
We try to offer a variety of dates for you to choose from, so please do
not be shy.
Do you ever have
special offers? Yes, we do. We tend to
offer treatments and products on a seasonal basis so do sign up to our
newsletter and make sure you never miss out on them!
Do you have a
loyalty card? Not at present, although this is something we are currently
looking into.
Where has all your
course information gone? As you can see, we have kept Holistic Feathers purely as a
showcase for our treatments and products. All of our course information is now
