    Loving your body is really important. When we nourish our body and ourselves we can have happy, healthy lives. If we have negative thoughts this can affect our physical and emotional well being. Thinking ‘fat’ thought can literally have us manifest weight or hold on to existing weight. By thinking about ourselves in a positive way we can heal old trauma and disease. Practice forgiving yourself and others so that you can be present to the joy of the present moment.
