Dear beloved ascending human,

This is a time that many humans turn their attention towards gratitude, gratitude for what one has, gratitude for the love shared with others upon a parallel evolutionary path, gratitude for Earth for sharing in this journey of ascension. This piece is dedicated to the thought-form of gratitude, abundance, fulfillment and the joy that is felt and shared with others in the dance of life.

For so many ascending humans, life can become one of struggle. Why? One is struggling with anchoring the new principals of unity, honor, harmlessness and fortitude inside of one’s daily life. Others not upon the path of ascension may not understand such principals, and may seek to shatter the joy and the fulfillment that ascension does bring as one anchors in greater attunement with one’s God-Goddess within along with Earth.

We invite those celebrating at this time of Thanksgiving to turn inward, and find the joy you are seeking outside of self. Outside of self will be mirrored others who may not understand, may not be able to resonate with the joy one feels inside in their alignment to Earth and the God Goddess within. Therefore we guide each to turn their attention away from those who perhaps cannot understand, and seek the joy one is seeking in one’s own internal landscape instead.

Within the internal landscape one will find a bevy of plants, animals and minerals in all sizes, shapes and forms that will celebrate with oneself in gratitude. One will also find one’s own soul, I Am presence, Oversoul and Source within. Internal to oneself, one can experience the true meaning of Thanksgiving, which is gratitude for life; gratitude for all that sustains oneself, and gratitude to all kingdoms that so choose to dance with oneself in honor.

For many upon the spiritual path, there is a longing for a family that is aligned with a remembrance of long ago. One has called forth their ancient ancestors who existed at a time in which unity was the foundation of human civilization. In unity, thanksgiving was a day-by-day foundation from which all humans operated, rather than a holiday celebrated once per year. Many long for such relations, and are hard pressed to find them amongst the bickering and conflict at work, home, or within one’s family.

Allow the ancient ancestors to celebrate with yourself and internal to your inner landscape. Perhaps an imaginary feast shall be planned in which each can honor one another for a year of mastery and ascension fulfilled upon. Each reading this material will discover that they are at a higher vibration and have birthed a new foundation for self in this year past. Now is perhaps time to celebrate and honor oneself for the evolution mastered.

Each will find that the nature kingdoms along with one’s ancestors and God Goddess within will be most grateful for your willingness to push forth in human form and carve the map of ascension for others to follow. Gifts may be exchanged, and sentiments shared within one’s internal experience. Now perhaps too one can give thanks to those who have guided and supported one’s evolutionary process in this year behind, and welcome the continued support in the year ahead.

Let us give thanks to the Earth for sustaining the form. She gives freely of her chi, love and guidance to all in ascending form who call upon her. Let us also give thanks to each of Earth’s kingdoms, plant, animal and mineral, dolphin and whale, for their guidance and support. They are our brothers and sisters upon the spiritual path of ascension. Let us also give thanks to our soul or the God Goddess within for bringing forth the biological and energetic changes necessary to ascend. Let us give thanks to the angels that transcribe the genetics allowing for ascension to come to fruition. Let us also give thanks to those within human form and upon the physical plane that support our journey as friends, comrades, or perhaps even teachers or mirrors of one’s own internal state of being.

Thanksgiving

Let us thank each mirror that presented itself in the year behind for the lesson learned. Perhaps now is a time to intend completion with those that one has settled all karma with, allowing for closure to the relationship if this is the next step necessary in one’s continued evolutionary journey. As one completes, one closes the door to the past and opens a new door to the future. Through the new door to the future, new friends, hopes and wishes may enter one’s life dance that are a reflection of the newfound foundation of love one has embodied through ascension this year past. Let us intend to create new friends that support one’s choice to ascend, allowing the journey perhaps to be less lonely and seemingly unsupported. We say seemingly as one is continuously supported by Earth, all elements therein (air, water, fire and earth), along with all kingdoms in their choice to ascend.

Let us honor our self for the mastery attained in the year behind. Breathe in the love of one’s soul and the God Goddess within that is freely now given. Open the heart, and allow the love to pour through to others who may be willing also to receive. Allow the love now to flow outward to all other humans planet wide, triggering perhaps others related to one’s ancestry to begin their process of ascension. Let us allow the love now to extend to all other kingdoms of plant, animal, mineral, dolphin and whale. Love is unlimited; allow the love to flow and flow and flow, until all who hunger are filled. As one fills, so one is filled, and all is really and truly ONE, however separate it may appear through human eyes.

Let us allow the love now to pour through the heart and heal those places within human civilization that are hurting. Let us fill the war torn regions upon Earth with our love, allowing the darkness therein to be turned to a pale pink of forgiveness. Watch as the density is lightened allowing energy that has become stuck to begin to move again.

Let us fill all impoverished and hungry humans who are homeless and upon the streets along with regions where starvation is prevalent with the love pouring through the heart. Watch as the darkness is filled with the pale violet of divine union, which shall fill such humans from the inside out so that they hunger not any longer.

Let us further fill all humans upon Earth who are starving for love with the love of God Goddess within and without. All kingdoms along with Earth will assist in this process. The starvation in the physical is only a mirror for the starvation of the love of God Goddess internal to self, beloved. Let us fill those without a connection yet to their own God Goddess within, and inspire them in the love to begin their evolutionary journey to greater wholeness through ascension. Watch as the vibrations of forgiveness pink, compassion turquoise, and divine union lavender fill each human to the brim.

Let us fill all humans upon Earth who are dying, diseased or deformed with the love of God Goddess within and without. Let us see disease, death and deformity and the black and dark energy therein dissolve into the yellow tones of freedom and breath of life. Let us see the forms transformed into health, vitality and the perfection and beauty of the original human blueprint, the human hologram. Let us trigger now those who are diseased with the opportunity to ascend out of the disease and into a newfound state of health and well-being. Let us make this so, HO!

Let us fill all kingdoms upon Earth that struggle from disease, death and deformity with our love. Let us see the density dissolved in the yellow tones of freedom and breath of life. Let us see each kingdom transformed into health, vitality and the perfection and beautify of their original blueprint, their original hologram. May each kingdom ascend out of disease and the cycles of death and rebirth! Let us make this so, HO!

Let us fill all humans upon Earth who are insane or imbalanced with the love of God Goddess within and without. Such humans have attuned themselves to the dreamtime planes without assistance and awareness, and are confused and frightened. Let us fill such humans with the lavender tones of structure and the peach tones of power so that they may learn to operate multi-dimensionally without fear. Let us also fill our fellow humans that are not insane with the pink tones of forgiveness and unity to bring forth understanding; understanding that insane humans are the keepers of dreamtime and are to be honored as such, and not to be drugged, tortured or feared. Let us make this so, HO!

Let us fill all humans upon Earth in positions of power with the pink vibration of unity and the lavender vibration of divine union. May those currently guiding humanity learn to live in peace, honor, collaboration and cooperation with one another. May all nations honor one another, may all cultures embrace one another, and may there be peace on Earth. Let us make this so, HO!

Imagine now the lines that divide nations dissolving. Allow the vibrations of compassion turquoise and power peach to bathe each nation. May those nations underpowered find their power within, and find a means to create enough to feed, house, nurture and provide for those humans dwelling therein. May those nations with great power and resources learn to share their resources with those with less, so that no man hungers, and all are provided the basics required for physical survival and evolution. Let us make it so, HO! You are ONE WORLD beloved. Let us breathe the awareness of ONE WORLD IN UNITY AND HONOR into the hearts of all humans planet wide.

Imagine all of Earth now bathed in the vibrations of non-conditional love and compassion, which are silver and turquoise. Watch as the love spreads to all kingdoms and between all kingdoms, including between each human. May love and compassion become the foundation from which human civilization is reconstructed, and may such love and compassion extend from mankind to all other kingdoms upon Earth. Let us make it so, HO!

Imagine the love now extending into your solar system and beyond to all conscious and sentient life therein. May all kingdoms upon all planets and stars learn to work in unity and honor with all kingdoms upon Earth. Watch as the silver and turquoise colors of compassion and love extend to bathe each planet in your solar system along with the Sun. Let us as human form and perhaps for the first time send messages of love, honor and compassion to all other life within your solar system. Let us give thanks also to the Sun for sustaining life upon Earth with her chi. Watch as the silver and turquoise grows now to fill all other solar systems in your universe. Let us honor all stars and planets so choosing to ascend within your universe at this time.

Let us imagine now the love and compassion, silver and turquoise extend up the dimensions to each ascending planet and star within your creation. Let us thank our 12th dimensional sun for sharing her chi with our solar system so that it may sustain life. May there be peace and unity upon all dimensions and may each that so chooses it so ascend! Let us make it so, HO!

Let us imagine now the love and compassion, silver and turquoise extend to the Creator of your Creation. Let us thank our creator for sharing of his/her chi to sustain life within this creation. May our creator and all stars therein ascend “Home”. Let us make it so, HO!

Let us imagine now the love and compassion, silver and turquoise extending to all creations throughout time and space, and in particular those lost in density and destruction due to parallel reasons to the dance upon Earth. Let us spread the message that ascension and recovery is possible! There is no time and space, and therefore let us reach back in time, sharing our truth of resurrection and ascension with all as lost as Earth. May they too have the opportunity to ascend home. Let us make it so, HO!

Let us imagine the love and compassion, silver and turquoise now extending to the very heart and core of All That Is. May All That Is wake up and become aware of those creations lost in time and space so that he/she may begin to assist in our journey of ascension, the journey home. In so doing, all may return “Home”. Let us make it so, HO!

Let us imagine now the love and compassion, silver and turquoise, extending outside of time and space. May we share our experience upon Earth so that other creations and other creators need not experience the pain of our journey elsewhere. May all become aware and learn the lessons inherent in our dance of ascension. May this level of pain and suffering never need to be experienced again. May all creations outside of time and space be called in for assistance and to learn about this dance now. May all that has been lost return HOME! Let us make it so HO!

Now sit for a moment in the expansiveness of this blessing. You are not alone, nor are you separate beloved. You are part of an intricate multidimensional multi-time and multifaceted dance that extends both inside and outside of time and space. You have an important role beloved, as it is you who is to awaken All That Is so that all may change. Such an awakening cannot occur from outside of time and space, it must occur from within. And it is why you were sent upon this special mission.

May you fulfill upon your mission and ascend. May all kingdoms upon Earth ascend, including humanity. And may Earth return HOME to the One Source again, along with all creations lost in time and space. LET US MAKE THIS SO, HO!

Those with spiritually oriented groups may wish to focus together during your next meeting upon this blessing. Two or more gathered for common purpose are exponentially and infinitely more powerful allowing the blessings to be amplified for both those receiving, and those giving.

Giving Without Expectations

Since giving and receiving are so intimately intertwined in our lives, we often expect that we can attract abundance by simply conducting ourselves in an openhanded fashion. Yet we find ourselves wallowing in disappointment when our ample generosity is not met with the expected results. The answer to this quandary lies in the expectations that, in part, initially prompted us to give. Though our intention is likely pure, we can unintentionally mar the beautiful experience of giving by focusing on what we will eventually receive in return. When we let go of the notion that we deserve to receive gifts based on giving gifts, bounty can once again flow freely in and out of our lives.

When the gifts you give are laden down with expectations, they cease to be gifts and become units of exchange that you are, in effect, trading for some reward. Thus, the reciprocal laws of the universe err on the side of the giver who shares for the sake of sharing. You may have seen this simple truth at work in your own experience, perhaps when life’s busyness prevented you from spending too much time contemplating the results your charitable actions would ultimately have on the lives of others. It was likely then that you received the greatest gifts in return for your kindness. If you have trouble divesting yourself of your expectations, you may need to reflect upon the root of your inability to act in the true spirit of giving. Each time you make a gift, whether spiritual or tangible, ask yourself if there is something you hope to receive in return. You may be surprised to discover that you expect to be repaid with an easy life, financial windfalls, or opportunities.

To integrate this most selfless form of generosity into your life, you will have to let go of your need to be in control. Accepting that while like inevitably attracts like, it typically does so on an unobservable timetable. This can help you stop weighing the gifts you give against those you have received. Giving eventually becomes a profound joy that stands alone, separate from any and all conditions, and you will learn to appreciate the flow of reciprocal abundance as a gift in and of itself.

“A new EU-wide study by The Work Foundation (www.theworkfoundation.org) has found that musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) such as back pain, neck pain and RSI-type conditions, account for nearly half (49%) of all absences from work and 60% of permanent work incapacity in the European Union.

The estimated cost to society in Europe is up to €240 billion every year, with 100 million European citizens suffering the misery of MSDs that are serious enough to warrant treatment and absence from work.

Of course, these figures do not take into account the pain, misery and costs associated with the much larger number of people who suffer less serious back pain and other ill-health without seeking treatment.”

Wow … those figures really shocked me today. Over 100 million people in Europe suffer with some form of back and neck pain (musculoskeletal disorders), and I am fairly sure that most of those are not seeking help from medical specialists, chiropractors and the such like on a fairly constant basis.

I’ve suffered with back pain since the birth of my son, over 19 years ago; despite spending a small fortune on a new mattress two years ago, I feel like Goldilocks. I’ve gone from “This bed is too soft” to “This bed is too hard” … in an effort to try to get up each morning without walking like a robot for the first hour, we even invested in one of those mattress toppers (the duck feather and down one – yup, the most expensive in the shop). After three weeks, it hasn’t made any noticeable difference except making our bed more Princess-and-the-Pea (i.e. higher!).

So for the past week or so, I’ve come to the realisation that it probably is not our gorgeous, well-made, comfy mattress that is making my partner and I both walk like robots when we rise each morn – maybe our pillows are the fiends, contributing to an awkward slumber position?

Without getting too technical the hard facts of life are this: if you have a back problem, you need to keep active (mostly – there are, of course, exceptions to every rule). All the back specialists agree on this. If you have poor posture or a barely-there exercise routine, your core muscles will start to go slack (think within your abdomen – they are the ones which strengthen and support your spine) … and then you start to experience back pain when you over-exert your muscles during usual domestic activities, such as lifting the baby or getting the Christmas tree down from the loft.

But we never really stop to think about the pressure we put on our cervical spinal area – that part of your spine which goes from the base of your skull down past your shoulder-blades. Hunched over computers, bad posture while relaxing at home on our slouch sofas, neck to one side as we desperately try to cling onto a commuter handhold on the tube as we sway and lurch to and from work …

I realised last Saturday, during a float session (which I really must share with you all soon – it was amazing!) JUST how knotted my neck muscles were. It was nigh-on impossible to get my shoulders from hunch-position, even suspended in a warm pod filled with epsom salts which was magickally soothing every other part of my body, including my busy mind. I almost spun myself over as I tried to lay on my hands to force my shoulders in to a more natural position.  I have no need, either, to throw my partner on to my therapist couch to check out my theory that his neck muscles are just as tense – I can see by the way he holds himself that this is so. (Note to self: make sure he receives a hot stone massage soon … and I must find myself a nice therapist who can provide me with the same therapeutic treatment!)

Thinking of my anatomy and physiology studies, it makes complete sense that by sleeping on pillows which are, perhaps, not quite right for us could – in fact – lead us to headaches, tension, knotted muscles, lower back pain and a whole host of uncomfortable side effects. Not least a restless night, tossing and turning as we try to get comfortable on our respective sides of our cocoon.

Admittedly, I have not yet had time to settle down and buy the pillows but I saw that Amazon are selling something similar – so I am definitely buying one of those  when I do my Christmas shopping later this week and will share with you all my feedback after sufficient time to test out my theory with a practical solution.

A dear friend is also suffering with coccyx pain (the “tail” pain, which really is a “pain in the butt”) and I made a note to myself that I must investigate into finding some physical way to relieve her pain … I received another reminder today after speaking with a lovely lady who is also suffering with a damaged coccyx. Maybe this pillow can give them some comfort while seated, as it would help to relieve the pressure on their coccyx as they sit down! Now there’s an idea …

We focus on our breathing during our Art of Being Still practice (deep guided relaxation) … this is a great technique which is very easy to  master:

(NaturalNews) The modern day lifestyle can be very fast and furious leaving many people feeling depressed tired and basically unable to cope. While these symptoms are not good they are simply our body’s way of telling us to slow down and to take a few deep breaths.

Most of us think that breathing is an involuntary act and that there is no right or wrong way to do it. But there is, and most of us do it wrong. Pranayama is a yoga breathing technique that is used to prepare participants for meditation and to help them on their spiritual journey. It teaches us that we should take note of our breathing, and that we should use the full extent of our lungs. Basically it teaches us how to breathe properly.

The Pranayama technique that yoga beginners tend to learn first is called the Three Part Breath or Dirga Pranayama. In ancient traditions it was thought best to perform the technique lying down. This way the participants can really feel their breath flowing through their body, but it is not essential to feel the full effects of the technique. It is called the three part breath because it is performed in three stages, first using the bottom of the lungs, then the middle and lastly the top. This means that the full capacity of the lungs is being used instead of the 20% that most of us scrape by on.

When we are young we naturally breathe this way, deeply and using all of our lungs. But as our lives become stressful due to work, financial pressures and kids our breathing tends to become fast and shallow. This means that our lungs do not fill up with enough oxygen and are therefore unable to distribute the optimum amount around our body. Many health problems ranging from heart disease to sleep disorders may in fact be due to what is known as oxygen starvation. We all know that our body needs oxygen to function properly. Our brain and muscles feed on it making us feel more alert and energized. Our lymphatic system, which is the system that rids the body of toxins, is controlled by the simple motion of breathing deeply.

The great thing about this type of deep Pranayama breathing is that it can be performed almost anywhere. It will help keep your mind calm and clear in any situation and done regularly it can give you an amazing sense of euphoria. This is because deep breathing is our built in defense against stress. It lowers your heart rate and blood pressure while easing muscle tension. So next time life seems to be getting on top of you just stop, take a step back, breathe deeply and try to use your lungs’ full capacity. You will be amazed by the results.
