Recipe for Raw Chocolate Ice-cream
This gorgeous weather definitely calls for natural deliciousness in the shape of raw chocolate ice-cream!
Think antioxidants … think “good for you” … think “absolutely divine”!!!
Let’s make some Raw Chocolate Ice-cream
Skill: Easy
Time: 10 mins
Equipment: A blender!
Ingredients:
2-3 peeled, chopped and frozen bananas
2 tablespoons raw chocolate powder
1 tablespoon maca
2 tablespoons on mesquite meal
1 heaped tablespoon of tahini (optional)
A drizzle of dark agave
Get busy:
1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender
2. Blend until smooth and creamy and then place in freezer
3. Drizzle Amber Agave over the top, after serving
