Appointments

:: We offer flexible appointment times for our clients, especially beneficial if you have young children or if you work in the City, for example.  Please call to arrange an appointment at a time which suits you.

:: Appointments are usually available Monday to Wednesday 10am - 8pm and Thursday mornings.  Evening and Saturday appointments have limited availability and we may be able to arrange other appointment times outside of the hours stated - just give us a call!

:: Once you have checked availability, please email us with:  your name, your preferred date and time, treatment you wish to book, contact telephone number, contact email address and your postal address. 

Clinic Location

:: Your treatments will be given in a beautiful, dedicated treatment room in in West Wimbledon, London.  Appointments at clinics in Central/South West London and Surrey may also be available.

Just 5 minutes walk from Raynes Park mainline station and bus routes from Kingston, Streatham and Morden. At the time of booking, you will be provided with full address details and map. Parking not available at venue but is available locally by meter only (60p per hour, maximum of 2 hours).

Access:  the treatment room is located on the 1st floor of the building.  However, we are also very happy to make special arrangements with clients who may have difficulties in accessing the premises and/or the treatment room, either by relocating our couch into another private area on the ground floor or by visiting you at home (depending on the treatment chosen).

Consultations

:: All our new clients are given an initial free consultation which is an essential element of our care for you ~ this process may take up to thirty minutes and will ensure we are offering you the most appropriate, beneficial treatment for you. Please note that specific medical conditions may mean we are unable to treat you without prior medical permission.

:: Please allow additional time for your consultation, disrobing and robbing, aftercare and product advice.

:: If you are a returning client, please always allow an additional ten minutes prior to each treatment to allow us time for a brief catch-up since your last treatment.

Booking Conditions

:: Payments: Payments may be made by cash or personal cheque, accompanied by cheque guarantee card.

:: Gift vouchers, prepaid bookings and course fees:  Please note that these are non-transferable and non-refundable, and limited to the date shown on the appropriate voucher or booking form.

:: Prices:  All prices shown on this site are for treatments conducted at our West Wimbledon treatment room; prices may be changed according to various other locations.  You will always be notified of this at the time of booking.

:: Timing of appointment: Please try not to arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment time, as this will ensure all clients receive the best possible care without any disruption or inconvenience.

:: Late arrivals: Although we try to be as flexible and as fair as possible, we reserve the right to limit your treatment time if you arrive late for an appointment.  More importantly, arriving late for your treatment not only eats into your experience but also leaves you stressed!  So please do try to arrive ten minutes before your appointment time.  NB. Facial Rejuvenation treatments are the exception due to the nature of the treatment methods; please note that we reserve the right to (a) add a surcharge of £10 should you arrive up to 20 minutes late for your appointment, or (b) charge the full treatment price of £40 if you should arrive later than 20 minutes after your appointment time.

:: Rescheduling: Should you need to re-schedule, please kindly get in touch with us at least 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time.

:: Cancellations: These really hurt our business; we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked treatment price if we not have received notification at least 24 hours in advance. 

:: Reservation of rights:  Treatments are conducted at our therapist's discretion; we reserve the right at all times to refer you to a more appropriate therapist if we feel this is in your best interests (after discussing this with you).

:: Special offers in partnership with FHT:  As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, we occasionally sign-up to their special promotions (for example, 2 for 1 treatments).  We reserve the right to (a) limit the number of special offer places, and (b) to book treatments only during our quieter periods.  Please note that we only accept ONE special offer discount voucher per client, further discounts via the FHT scheme will not be applied at any time thereafter.
